Hi, My name is Rich Diamant. I am the Lead Character Artist at Naughty Dog. This is a render I made for Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. It was rendered in mental ray for proof of concept. Once this was approved I went on to create the in game version.

We wanted to go with a slightly stylized look to the characters. Not 100% photo real. Therefore, everything was hand painted and hand sculpted with all our characters. Hopefully this came through!
